There are many articles online outlining the horror stories that have happened to baristas and lists to help good samaritans know the in's and out's that benefit their morning caffeine accomplices. That's why I loved the idea for this concept so much. Can an insult generator help a morning warrior?
In 2016 a Seattle-based barista was fired after running a blog called Bitter Barista where he talked about the memorable customers who came through the coffee shop.
From an initial search there didn't seem to be a Barista specific insult generator on a desktop or app search. From left to right I found: an Evil Insult Generator, a Robot Insult Generator, a Shakespearean Insult Generator, and a physical book that was an insult generator.
Online there are plenty of articles, similar to the open above, that outline the worst traits a terrible customer can have in addition to actions an individual can take in order to be respectful. This would be a good place to pull qualitative data from in order to build a word bank for the generator.
Hopefully a product like this wouldn't be used against a customer, but instead used in the break room as a way to vent in between serving delicious drinks.
